Close or range attack (range at least 4) that deals no damage. Each character hit halves its speed, joins your force for a moment and may move and attack once before going back to its owner.
On a dial, Mind Control shows as a light blue square behind the speed value. The figure can use it only while that click is showing.
Put it on a custom dial
